Sorry if I cant be a teacher that you want, because I’m trying hard to be a teacher that I’m dreaming of :)

Finally being able to post the reflection from #pypchat last Thursday. Talking about (summative) assessment made me contemplate, to what extent I could expand my assessing skills for the betterment of teaching and learning?
Missed #pypchat last Thursday, and tried to dig it out via Wiki. How do I promote inquiry in my class? Despite everything happens, children’s inquiry is one of my concern. My journey in learning to promote inquiry and empower the children’s learning to the fullest seems to be forever. Many things should be improved, let’s not stop learning :)
A few days ago I was asked to proctor the examination of Grade 6 students. I sneaked behind the students and sketched this drawing. I did my job to supervise the students, but never agree with the system. When will we learn that examination is not the only best way to assess what we have learnt?
The first time join #pypchat, been so excited to write (and draw) about it. Thank you all, really appreciate this collaborative learning. See you next week :)
